Made my appointment yesterday for 2/11 8am. Thought I was needing a tow and John gave info on a tow service. Got the car started and had it there on 2/10. They got to it first thing in the morning and had a quote right away which was a fair price. Car was done before noon. Good work. Fair price and in the neighborhood, yes, I'll be back. Thanks to the team.

I came to the shop yesterday and spoke with who I believe may be John (based off reviews). He was very kind, respectful, welcoming & was adamant on getting my car in to get repaired. He explained he had room for it today (now Wednesday), Thursday, or Friday. I chose Friday because I was not sure about my transportation situation. Well my car started driving even more crazy so I came to the shop this morning at opening to see if by chance there was still room for today or Thursday. I’d wait with the vehicle at this point. I was approached by an older shorter man who seemed very unhappy to be there. He was very rude in his tone stating “well your appointment is Friday” and did not have any empathy to even look if he could get me in sooner, he opened the book & pointed at my name on the Friday column, which I did understand if the schedule had changed, that’s apart of business. After leaving, I sat in my car confused as those 2 employees customer service is like day and night. I felt uncomfortable to even bring the vehicle back Friday, especially being that this man present today said he will be the one fixing it Friday. I say all that to say this. I’m a nurse and I don’t really l

Please go somewhere else people! This place hasn't changed since Rainbow Automotive, terrible business ethics, read the reviews...what owner remarks about customers and consistently makes excuses time after time. Who doesn't know that it is unacceptable to rev an idled engine, especially with a broken timing chain/belt. This place is notorious for creating problems! I'd tell you more but I'll leave it there..most reviews are friends
